How big of an opening can Screeneze cover?

Each standard kit comes with enough durable privacy screening to span up to 150 square feet. Tracks for doors come in 8’ and 12’ lengths to accommodate large openings. For custom applications, we recommend cutting the track to suit your needs. Additional tracks and screening are available.

Will I need any special tools to install my screen?

Installation only takes a few basic tools you may already have! We recommend a mitre/compound saw, rubber mallet, electric drill, and a sharp knife to cut the screen to size. Each kit includes a step-by-step guide to make installation quick and easy for DIYers of all skill levels.

Is there any required maintenance?

Thanks to the durable construction of these screens, repairs and replacements are minimal. However, we do recommend regular cleaning. To keep your Screeneze solution clean, the manufacturer suggests a light wash with soapy water and a thorough rinse. Avoid power washing and hard scrubbing.

How durable is the screen you recommend?

Tuff Screen is made from vinyl-coated polyester, making it 3 times stronger than standard fiberglass. We highly recommend this tear and puncture-resistant screening because it provides lasting protection year after year.

Will it keep out pests? 

The tight mesh weave and polyvinyl construction ensure that bugs stay out while maintaining a clear view and exceptional air flow. Thanks to the ultra-durable design, Tuff Screen also holds up to pet scratches and clawing! 

Can Screeneze stand up to high winds?

Yes! While the mesh keeps bugs and debris at bay, air passes through effortlessly. These screening kits have been tested for wind gusts up to 140 miles per hour! What colors are available for the tracks and mounts?

Screeneze helps homeowners maintain a cohesive design with bronze, classic white, sand, and earth-toned clay options. These colors are available in all kits and components in our lineup.

Can I use it on the outside of my existing deck rail?

Absolutely! Screeneze makes it easy to integrate their SnapTrack solutions on existing deck railing inside the deck perimeter for a flush appearance. To avoid interfering with existing railing, plinths and SnapTrack can be installed outside the perimeter as well.
