We’ve partnered with several parcel carriers like UPS, FedEX, and USPS to ensure fast and affordable service for delivering your items.

Orders are shipped from our headquarters and warehouse in Kansas City, MO. If orders are placed before 3pm CST, they’ll likely ship the same day, and once labels are scanned by the designated carrier, you’ll receive an automated message with tracking info so you can trace it’s progress to you .

We offer expedited shipping items on almost everything on our site via FedEx Express and UPS AIR services.

Shipping Long / Heavy Building Materials

We will ship anything a carrier lets us put on their truck – securely wrapped, and safely loaded. We also work to provide competitive rates for freight.

Whether you are shipping a few long rail panels, or units of decking or cladding, here’s what you need to know:

• Items over 109″ and/or over 150 lb. must be shipped via LTL service.
• Most LTL Shipments will ship within 24 hours of when orders are placed. Shipped orders take 2-4 business days to transfer from the carrier’s local terminal to the regional or local terminal nearest you. The carrier’s dispatcher will call you to schedule an appointment when the order is available to deliver.
• Understand the weight and size of the items in your order, and coordinate and conscript help at the time you unload if necessary. The height of an average LTL trailer deck is 48”, so make sure you have the ability to either climb into the trailer, or reach material to unload at that height.
• If you’ve selected liftgate service as a part of your order, the operator will assist in moving your material to ground level behind the truck where possible.

Our Local Fleet – Dedicated Service

The Deck Supply is a full service lumber yard, dedicated to providing the material you need to complete your outdoor projects. We know building outdoor structures often requires the use of heavy, large, and long items – and such items are not always easy to move.

We own and operate a fleet of pickup, flatbed and forklift equipped trucks. Our fleet is designed to handle and deliver any load of beams, lumber, composite decking, or railing and hardware you might need for your project. Our range of delivery method options give us the ability to provide you with quick, reliable, and flexible options.

We can typically assemble and deliver a full deck package with in-stock material in a 48 hour window from the time of order. Our team can provide you with an expectation of a delivery window at the time a deposit is placed on your order.

Often, we can place material in driveways, side yards, and if conditions allow, backyard drops are an option.
